Flexible COO-level leadership that helps the entire company stay on course. Beyond solving problems as they arise, we act as interim COO — ensuring the company doesn't drift from its corporate goals, that the roadmap stays alive, and that every layer of the organization feels anchored.

  • 15-min weekly strategic check-in with founders
  • Weekly or bi-weekly tactical sessions with founders
  • Ad hoc support with other staff members as relevant
