Bec Sankauskas
Founding Partner & Strategic Fractional COO
Bec has spent nearly three decades building, fixing, and scaling businesses across four continents and a wide range of industries — from Hyatt hotels in London and Sydney to cybersecurity startups in Silicon Valley.
Her career started in hospitality management, where she learned how operations actually work at the front line: managing rotating teams, resolving conflict, hitting margins, and earning Employee of the Year at The Lowndes in London in 1998. That grounding in real-world execution never left her.
After completing her MBA at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, she transitioned into the startup world — building an independent BizOps consulting practice inside Greenough Consulting Group that went from concept to sustainably profitable in under four months, serving 30+ founders, mid-cap companies, and boutique VC firms. Before founding Bexouce, she spent over a year inside Bugcrowd as they more than doubled headcount, building the business systems and cross-timezone coordination that made rapid growth manageable.
She founded Bexouce International in 2016. Since then she has partnered with 40+ startups and emerging business units as a fractional COO and strategic advisor — through seed rounds, Series A fundraises, acquisitions, and PE transactions. Her work spans defining the corporate goal, building the roadmap, standing up financial and governance infrastructure, and doing whatever it takes to make sure the business side keeps pace with the vision.
